- Service Cancellations by Ability Ally: If a session or service is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances and rescheduling is not possible, you are entitled to a full refund for the cancelled service.
- Prepaid Service Packages: Refunds for unused sessions in a prepaid package are available if requested within 30 days of purchase and subject to a deduction for sessions already availed.
- Incorrect Payments: In cases of duplicate or erroneous payments, refunds will be processed upon verification.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- If you miss or cancel a session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
- If services have been rendered and no dissatisfaction has been communicated during or immediately after the session.
- If the refund request is made after the expiration of a prepaid package.
